Allegheny County Peer Support Warmline Service

1-866-661-WARM (9276) staffed 9:00 am – 1:00 AM daily

The Warmline is staffed by mental health consumers who provide support to peers by telephone. All phone calls received are kept confidential and callers remain anonymous. Our Telephone Support Specialists are trained to actively listen to their peers, empathize with their concerns and empower individuals to choose their path to wellness and recovery.
If you would like to talk to someone who truly understands your struggle and has “been there before” or need assistance in locating a resource to meet your needs, please contact us by calling toll-free: 1-866-661-9276.
The Warmline is not a crisis line. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact the re:solve Crisis Network by calling toll-free: 1-888-796-8226.

The Warmline is provided in partnership with the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Office of Behavioral Health and Community Care.
